Fill a martini glass with ice to chill. Fill a shaker with ice and add 1,75 shot Bols Genever, 0,75 shot Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth, 0,25 shot Bols Maraschino and 0,5 shot freshly squeezed lemon juice. Close the shaker and shaker for 10 seconds. Dispose of the ice from the pre-chilled martini glass. Double strain: pour the contents of the shaker through a Hawthorn strainer and a fine strain, into the pre-chilled glass. Zest: Lemon zest, sprayed, rimmed and dropped in. |
