Fill a martini glass with ice to chill. Fill a shaker with ice and add 2 dashes of Angistura Bitter, 0,5 bar spoon Absinth, 1,5 bar spoons sugar syrup, 2 bar spoons Bols Maraschino and 2 shots Bols Genever. Stir: slowly stir the ingredients and ice in the shaker with a bar spoon. Dispose of the ice from the pre-chilled martini glass. Strain: pour the drink into the pre-chilled glass through a Hawthorn strainer. |
