Melon Martini 
  Cocktail (martini) glass  
  A 'sail' or triangle of melon rind on the rim of the glass  
  Stir with ice  
  Fill a martini glass with ice to chill. Cut 1/8 of the honeydrew melon into cubes, put in a shaker and crush with a muddler. Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon sugar syrup, 0,75 shot Bols Melon, 1,25 shot Bols Jonge Jenever and top up the shaker with ice cubes. Close the shaker and shake for 10 seconds. Dispose of the ice from the pre-chilled martini glass. Double strain: pour the contents of the shaker through a Hawthorn strainer and a fine strain, into the pre-chilled glass.  
  A fresh and fruity Martini that is combined with Bols Jonge Jenever for a subtle, spicy bite.
