Welcome to the latest update of Bols Cocktails.com.
As well as the Internet's largest collection of great drinks, we've now got the BOLS Recommended; a database-within-a-database of top cocktails carefully checked by our team and plotted on the unique Taste Axes. The entire database enjoys Google-like searchability, and we've put an emphasis on the My Cabinet function in response to demand from bartenders and bar managers.
Hereunder are some general guidelines on making great drinks. Each recipe gives more specific information, and there are also sections of this site devoted to basic techniques, fruit, interesting tips like flaming citrus zests, and so on.
